Children and Young People from all over Scotland took part in the Everyday Heroes Programme.
125 children and young people took part in engagement sessions which asked:
- What would improve the journeys of young abuse survivors through services and the justice system?
- What could help improve societal attitudes and people’s lives in relation to gender equality
439 young people took part in a Scotland-wide survey about gender inequality co-developed with MSYP’s (Members of the Scottish Youth Parliament).
Young advisors met the Cabinet Secretary in Parliament to share children and young people’s priorities and influence the government plan.
